"We had a great 'Celebrate Israel Family Learning Day' for our K-7 students and their families. We had about 200 participants who were given a passport and who visited seven cities in Israel, experiencing some of the things those cities are known for. In each station there was one of the small maps mounted on foamcore board. The large
puzzle was spread out on large tables in the social hall, for everyone to put together while they ate falafel, Israeli
salad, babaganoush, and humus, and drank juices in Eilat and Tiberias. A large group participated in putting the map
together, and I kept seeing families stopping during the morning at the smaller maps and studying them in the various
cities. It was great!"
