Registration  and Customer Service Coordinator 

IsraelExperts, a leading Educational Tourism company and a Taglit-Birthright Israel tour provider is looking for a Registration and Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage registration and customer support for our Taglit-Birthright Israel department. The position reports directly to the Director, supervises call center staff and works in collaboration with a team of staff responsible for the IsraelExperts Taglit-Birthright Israel program.

This position is responsible for all components of the registration process and customer care for Taglit-Birthright Israel applicants and participants. This includes (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Management of the night staff (tzevet layla)
  • Training and supervision of the night staff
  • Overseeing the organization and placement of participants on programs
  • Overseeing the process of registration (deposits, calls, interviews)
  • Represent IsraelExperts to partners and professional staff in correspondence
  • Collaborate with other Taglit-Birthright Israel personnel in support of the overall program as needed.
  • This position will require working full time night shifts (15:00-22:00) during season and split shifts off season.

 

Requirements:·         Native tongue English (written and spoken)

  • Great organizational skills, communication skills
  • Service oriented, detail oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High level computer literacy and ability to multi task
  • Independent transportation (We are located near Gedera; applicants will only be considered if they have an independent means of transportation.)
  • Ability to work evenings and (on occasion) weekends
  • Previous experience with tourism and/or customer support is a plus
